Jewel Box  has fine hand engravings around fired enameled spaces with lapis lazuli type painting.

Jewel Box Baroque Style has also a big miniature in the center hand painted by painter Renato Dainelli.

The miniature is reproducing an image of Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome by Gaspar Van Wittel.

Inside lined in blue velvet. Size cm. 13,2 x 22,3 x 6. Weight gr.1.628-

Designed by Franco Salimbeni in 2008 and made in Florence in the Salimbeni factory with manual workmanship by skilful artisans.

Jewel Box Baroque Style is made with high thickness plate and big reinforcements suitable to support several firings of enamelling at high fire at about 800° C.
