retail sale to subjects identified by the data entered at the time of

filling out the payment form (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

SALIMBENI SNC observes the distance selling law (Legislative Decree

206/2005).

1. General conditions

These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace any other condition, unless written derogation. SALIMBENI SNC reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale, it is therefore necessary to read them again before placing an order on the website www.salimbeni1891shop.com. These modifications will be immediately opposable to the Customer, starting from their diffusion and cannot be applied to previously concluded contracts. SALIMBENI SNC considers that, by confirming his order, the Customer has read and accepted without reservations the present general conditions of sale. The methods of transport and payment are listed in detail in the ONLINE SHOPPING section and are to be considered an integral and essential part of this contract.

2. Online purchases

• PRICES AND CURRENCY

Express shipping is FREE

The prices published on the site, payments, receipts and invoices of orders are in Euros.

A receipt is issued for orders shipped to Italy.

During the purchase process it is possible to request the issuance of an invoice. For the issuance of this document, it is necessary to enter an Italian billing address complete with tax data.

If the invoice is not requested during the order entry, it cannot be requested at a later time under any circumstances.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES

If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly.

The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase.

2. BANK TRANSFER

By choosing payment by bank transfer, at the conclusion of the order the customer automatically receives a confirmation email containing the bank details of SALIMBENI SNC, following which the goods are set aside awaiting the arrival of the transfer to the account.

The customer is required to send a copy of the payment by FAX or by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

If within this period SALIMBENI SNC does not receive the copy of the payment, it will cancel the order.

We will ship the order when the transfer has reached our bank account.

3. PAYPAL

By choosing the Paypal payment method, the customer can pay directly through his Paypal account. SALIMBENI SNC reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.

• ORDER STATUS

It is possible to check the progress of your orders directly online by accessing the link of the chosen transport system that we will provide immediately upon shipment. Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by DHL courier.

SALIMBENI SNC does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.

3. ITEMS AVAILABLE

The items are already available and are shipped in max 3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order.

Personalized items may take longer.

SALIMBENI SNC reserves the right to ship the order only to the billing address.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from SALIMBENI SNC with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by SALIMBENI SNC.

5. DELIVERY OF THE ORDER

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If, for any reason, the box or some parts of the packaging appear to have been tampered with, customers are asked to sign the acknowledgment of receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact SALIMBENI SNC at salimbeni1891@gmail.com.

If the package and/or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be received by SALIMBENI SNC within a maximum of 14 days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with SALIMBENI SNC and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons depending on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

6. SHIPPING INSURANCE

SALIMBENI SNC shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.

• RETURNS

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Return instructions

To request the return authorization, you must contact Salimbeni at the e-mail address salimbeni1891@gmail.com writing RETURN and the order number in the subject line. In the body of the letter, indicate the items and the reason, adding photos of the items if there is any inconsistency between the items ordered and those received. SALIMBENI SNC will verify everything contained in the email and once the procedure has been completed, SALIMBENI SNC will send a confirmation via email, containing the Return Authorization, the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.

The return shipment will be charged to the customer.

The return shipment of the Return is charged to the Customer and will not be subsequently reimbursed, as will not be reimbursed the taxes and customs charges paid for shipments abroad.

1. RETURN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items must be returned in perfect condition and free from any damage, scratches or dents. If an item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us for return instructions.

Products must be returned in the original packaging with the original accessories, components and artwork. They must also be packed appropriately, in the same way they were received.

Returns must be shipped in the original box supplied by SALIMBENI SNC. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used for shipping the items.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by SALIMBENI SNC, the customer is invited to immediately contact salimbeni1891@gmail.com. SALIMBENI SNC reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns.

SALIMBENI SNC also reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions.

In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

2. REFUND

The refund will be made within 3 days of the arrival of the goods at the SALIMBENI SNC warehouses and the items will be checked.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used.

For orders paid with PayPal, or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

• ORDER CANCELLATION

The Customer can only cancel the entire order within 24 hours of sending the order. Any cancellation request received by SALIMBENI SNC beyond the permitted terms will be considered not applicable. The modification of an order already received by SALIMBENI SNC is not envisaged, it will therefore be necessary to cancel the incorrect order and subsequently repeat the purchase of the desired products from the Site. • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In compliance with the provisions of Art. 55 of the consumer code Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), perishable products, short-term or at risk of deterioration are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

• PRODUCTS

The images of the products on the Site are to be considered purely illustrative and not binding. However, the price will not undergo any variation with respect to what is indicated at the time of the order.

• JURISDICTION

These Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law. For anything not specifically indicated in these Conditions, reference is made to Legislative Decree 185/99 “implementation of directive 97/7 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts”. For any dispute concerning these Conditions or the sale of products, the Court of Florence will be competent.
